For this reportage I worked discreetly for several days in the Antwerp restaurant Sir Anthony Van Dijck. Within a medieval setting, chef Jöran De Backer and hostess and co-owner Natalie Wuestenbergs carefully continue a classical culinary tradition.

With an almost unchanged team, this restaurant has kept its culinary heritage alive for more than fifty years — without losing any of its passion and dedication.
