This project shows still, industrial city perspectives where the individual merges into the graphic background. Many of the images have been taken just outside busy town centres, in quiet and often rather sober suburbs. Most of the people in the photos are unknown passers-by, walking unknowingly through the created “street décor.” However, sometimes people were also willing to pose for a little while.
